The Control International Trade Fair, which takes place in Stuttgart, is the world's leading trade fair for quality assurance. Third Dimension commissioned us to design an 8m x 7m stand that could be easily constructed and dismantled by their German build contractors, with minimum client input. Our solution was a modular 'Wave' display system that would suit this type of unsupervised build and would also allow for reformatting for other exhibitions.
Everything was planned meticulously to ensure that the production process ran smoothly, and we worked closely with our UK build contractor to test every aspect of the stand before it was shipped. Central to the design, was the car exhibit which was used to demonstrate the GapGun's capabilities. The show was a great success!
This was a smaller scale exhibition to previous stand that we had designed for Third Dimension, with the aim to introduce the GapGun's innovative hand's-free laser measurement technology to the international defence market.
Wilton Carpets are internationally renowned for their manufacturing quality and innovative design. With over 300 years of history, they are proud of their UK heritage, so designing a stand that reflected this was key. The 8m x 3m floor area meant that careful consideration had to be given regarding the positioning of the various elements on the stand to allow adequate access to visitors.
The new branding formed the template for the design of the graphic panels. Large, colourful, cost-effective fabric graphics created a high-impact visual backdrop to the stand with simple text descriptions to explain Wilton's two principle sales offers. The AV units, either side of the stand, 'looped' the company promotional video and, naturally, a bespoke carpet was woven as a focal point with bespoke sample display units.
This is a small selection of the exhibitions that we created for English Heritage over a ten year period. These range from designing a series of
'pop-up' exhibition stands to feature the work of the each of the ten EH regions; ‘The Thames is Liquid History’ - a portable exhibition and series of banners that were displayed along the banks of the River Thames, and used to publicize the work of the NMR (National Monuments Record Centre), the national photographic archive; Finally, An exhibition for a Government Conference on Urban Regeneration.
As part of the rebranding of Vectura, we designed, specified and project managed the installation of the exterior, reception and visitor signage for their 3 UK locations. This also included a 5m banner graphic for the foyer in the Chippenham Head Office and a series of perspex mounted A1 posters for the entrance stairs.
A simple, but effective 1m x 2m sales banner to introduce this innovative new software, aimed at the Print and creative industries.
